Terms and Conditions

At Catalina Hotel, we provide all our services under the following terms and conditions. They may be periodically modified and updated by Catalina Hotel.

GENERAL

Please read each of the following terms and conditions applicable to the Catalina Hotel web site. By accessing this site, you agree to all of our terms of use, without limitation or qualification.

  • You assume financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account.
  • To make any purchase, you must be over 18 years of age, make the purchase for personal use, and have legal capacity to make the transaction.
  • You warrant that all information you provide to us is true and accurate.
  • The information and/or prices shown on this website are updated from time to time, and therefore may have changed by the time you book at our Catalina Hotel.

PAYMENT POLICIES

  • Payment can be made in cash, bank transfer or by credit or debit card.
  • In case of providing credit card details, we will make confidential use of such information for the sole purpose of processing your payment.
  • 50% of the room cost is required as a Deposit Guarantee at the time of confirming your reservation.

CLAIMS

If you consider that the services offered do not comply with the agreement between you and Catalina Hotel, or in the case of objections or situations that prevent the normal development of our services, you must immediately notify our establishment. The contact details are available in the documents and confirmation messages of your reservation.

The absence of this immediate notification will limit Catalina Hotel in the search for an adequate solution.

CHANGES – CANCELLATIONS

  • Confirmation of any reservation change is subject to room availability.
  • Any reservation cancelled or modified 3 days or less prior to arrival will generate a penalty of one night plus taxes and services.
  • If you cancel your reservation within 15 days of your arrival date at Catalina Hotel, you will be refunded in full.
  • If you cancel your stay 14 to 4 days prior to your arrival date at Catalina Hotel you will be charged a penalty equivalent to 50% of your stay.
  • In all cases of refunds, the amount will have a discount equivalent to the taxes paid by the Hotel and the corresponding surcharges and expenses already deducted by the credit institutions (Banks, Financial Institutions or Credit Cards).

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

  • Check-in time is from 3 pm to 5 pm.
  • Check-out time is at 1 pm.
  • Departures after 1 pm, will have an additional charge per hour in each room.

HOSTING

  • Your stay includes breakfast for each person staying in our rooms.
  • You can make use of all our facilities and recreational areas.
  • The price of each room is specified with the number of people allowed.
  • There will be an additional charge per extra person over the maximum number of people in the room.
  • The reservation holder must be present at the time of check-in and check-out of your stay.

HOTEL SERVICES

  • Some of the services within the Hotel are free of charge while others require a minimum fee. Please confirm when booking or contact us in order to avoid confusion.
  • The hotel is not and will not be liable for any loss or damage to property owned or in the custody of the Client or its customers, employees, agents or contractors or outside suppliers..
  • Pets are not allowed in our hotel.

RESTRICTIONS

The following are not allowed to enter the Hotel with the following:

  • Pets or livestock.
  • Pillows, sheets, comforters, comforters or other bedding.
  • Electrical appliances and/or heating and/or cooking equipment.

Catalina Hotel reserves the right to remove and/or confiscate any of the above items if found inside any room immediately without notice and to charge you for any costs incurred in taking such action.

Guest Behavior You are expected to conduct yourself in an orderly and acceptable manner at all times and not to disturb the enjoyment of other Guests. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your booking and the booking of members of your party should we (acting reasonably) come to regard your conduct as a breach of this clause.

Conduct that we reasonably consider inappropriate includes, but is not limited to:

  • Inappropriate levels of noise or disturbances.
  • Drunkenness or unruly behavior.
  • Any behavior that appears offensive to other Guests or co-workers.

We will at all times act reasonably in making any determination under this clause.

In the event that we cancel your reservation, you will be required to vacate your accommodation immediately. You will be liable for any damage or loss caused by you or a member of your party. Payment in full for any damage or loss must be paid prior to your departure. If you are unable to make payment, you will be liable for the satisfaction of any claims (including legal costs) subsequently made against us as a result of your actions together with all expenses we incur in pursuing any claim against you.

Our obligations to you culminate when the booking is terminated. We will have no obligation to reimburse you for lost accommodation and are not liable for any expenses or costs incurred as a result of termination.
